Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled unless:
- The item(s) is(are) discontinued, or
- If we are unable to ship the item(s) before your event date.
- At the discretion of the shop, prior to payment.
Should your item not be available, our systems will email you or call you and alert you as soon as it is given notice. Normally this takes place within 24 hours of your order. All orders should be confirmed with the store, if it is still showing pending at checkout.
All products featured are 100% Authentic from the designers. They are not replicas or fakes of the designers.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR HAWAII OR ALASKA VIA ONLINE.
Returns:
We do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges on ANY orders.
A special order is any order that must be ordered from the designer to be specially made for you. Our designers do not offer custom sizing with the special orders being made.
We encourage all of our customers to check the size chart of each designer, because each designer has a size chart that correlates specifically to their dress. All of our dresses are 100% authentic. New Beginnings Bridal & Prom is an authorized retailer of these gowns.
If you choose to refuse a package or order please do not send the package back to New Beginnings Bridal & Prom or the dress designer. The package will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund. If you refuse a package that will be a loss to YOU and not US as we will not exchange your order or refund it.
